Marina Office
The marina office is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. During the summer months, the office is open from 07:30 until half an hour after the last bridge. During the winter months, the office is usually open from 08:30 until 17:30.

If the staff are checking boats or assisting a vessel, they can normally be contacted on VHF CH 80, or on the office phone number (01305 767576), via call diversion to the mobile duty phone.

Toilets & Showers
The marina has excellent washroom facilities. Our washrooms offer the user all in one facilities with shower, toilet, and wash basin all in our individual cubicles. Along with the ample shower facilities, you will also find separate male and female toilets as well as a room dedicated to the disabled. In the unlikely event that you find any problems with any of the facilities, please contact a member of staff who will rectify the problem without delay. For the benefit of all users, please refrain from using the showers to wash out wet suits.

Security
The main marina gate is controlled by a security code which is changed on a regular basis. Berth holders and visitors will be informed of any change and we ask that anything suspicious should be reported immediately to the marina office. The marina gates, pontoons & car park areas are monitored by a comprehensive CCTV system, which will digitally record movements both on and off the water 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.

Mail
We will hold incoming mail for your collection, if appropriately addressed to include your boat name. (This will be kept for a maximum of 45 days only). We will also accept stamped outgoing mail.

Weather Information
Weather reports are posted on notice boards around the marina each morning. A Met office forecast, with synoptics, is available by following the link from this website.

Trolleys
Trolleys can be found at the top of the main access ramp. A £1 or €1 deposit is required to unlock a trolley. If you have heavy or awkward loads, please ask a member of staff for assistance and they will be happy to help. Should a trolley accidentally fall into the water, please do notify a member of the team & they will be only too happy to recover it and refund your £1!

Electricity
All berths are supplied with a metered electricity point. Berth holders will be allocated an individual metered socket. You can supply your own padlock and lock your plug in or the socket closed. Please remember to leave a key with the marina office

Water
Fresh water is available all around the marina and is potable. The water is monitored regularly for quality.

Gas
Gas bottles can be exchanged at several places locally, please ask a member of staff for directions.

Fuel
Weymouth boasts some of the cheapest marine diesel on the south coast. For details of suppliers, please ask for details in the marina office.

Internet
Wireless Broadband Internet Access is available throughout all Dean & Reddyhoff Marinas to any boat whilst in the marina. You can obtain details of this service at the marina office or go to: www.squaremileinternational.com

Ice
Ice is available from the marina office at £1.50 per bag.

Laundry
The Laundry Room, complete with large capacity washer and dryer is located in the main marina building and is available 24 hours a day. Washing powder is available from the marina office.

Faxes
We will accept incoming faxes for a small donation to the RNLI. Should you wish to send outgoing faxes, please ask the office for charges.

Rubbish and Waste Oil
You can find several large waste containers for domestic refuse situated at the bottom of the access ramp. We also provide a large waste oil storage tank for quantities of old fuel, oil, etc. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.

Public Slipway
The slipway is situated just to the south of Weymouth Marina. Please contact Weymouth Harbour Master for the current charges for use: 01305 838423.

Customs
If you are arriving or departing from any country outside the EU or the Channel Islands, you must complete the Customs form C1331. These forms are available from the marina office.
